Lily - your pilates/workout routine really got me to stretch my body and make it feel better. I think we forget to be mindful a lot, especially regarding our muscles. This reminded me to do so.

Jenny- your routine was great. Allowing us to do our improv was so amazing. It showcased everyone's favorite moves!
