Forum: 9/11/2024 SEL / Teaching Philosophy statement

 Statement on teacher philosophy:

Children can succeed, in my opinion, if they put in the necessary effort and persevere. Every day, I would make an effort to approach teaching with a positive outlook, an open mind, and high standards for each and every student. Every child needs a fun learning environment where they may grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively because they are all different. I want to create an atmosphere like this so that students can realize their full potential. Learning from parents, coworkers, and students is the process of teaching.

I think of myself as someone who is relationship-oriented. Getting to places on time is not as important to me as my relationships with friends and family. I will also always be concerned about the home life of my students.

Since some boundaries cannot be crossed, it will be crucial for me as a teacher to have a balance. Additionally, I must be able to instruct and stay focused on my students.

  Becca’s dance Collapse Becca - your song choice was phenomenal. I love Katy Perry! The dance was uplifting and did not fail to wake me up on a Monday morning!!!!! Great work! Gianna’s dance Collapse I really enjoyed it because Gianna incorporated a lot of yoga into it. Yoga is relaxing, soothing and is good for the mind. It blocks out a lot that goes on in my life and is a time to rejuvenate. Thank you Gianna!
