 Plan of Action:

Beliefs: In my opinion, a classroom should be a place where people love, respect, and accept one another.

A Brief Overview of Our Class: Our studio will be a diversified learning environment where all students are welcome to learn at their own pace.

Respecting one another at all times is one of the classroom's rules.

Procedures in class:

When you enter the classroom, please be calm and courteous; if you are wearing a hat, take it off; and refrain from talking over other kids.
Helpers in the classroom; acquiring a classroom job: In the classroom, each student will have a distinct role to play.
Getting assistance with assignments: If you need assistance with directions, quietly ask the students around, but wait for me to finish speaking. If you are working alone, raise your hand to ask for assistance from me.
When someone is in the classroom, show them respect and pay attention to what they have to say.
Taking Part in Group Lessons: Don't bring anything unless I specifically ask you to; pick a seat where you can learn the most effectively; sit flat, not on your knees; pay close attention to new information; raise your hand to speak; and refrain from talking while someone else is speaking.
Assisting other students: In a cooperative classroom, it is beneficial for students to assist one another; if someone needs assistance with directions, assist them if you can; if someone needs assistance understanding, tell them to ask me for assistance; and never dismiss a student who requests assistance.
Attention signals: I'll ring the chimes (or sound the rain stick, open the music box, etc.) when I require your attention; you should stop what you're doing, turn to face me, and listen for instructions.
Attendance: I take attendance every morning, and when I call on a student, they must respond here.
Activities for free time: If we have downtime, make the most of it by stretching, getting water, or marking anything that is difficult for you.  Please don't hesitate to contact me with any queries or worries.
At the end of the day, students will quietly exit the classroom, leaving it just as they found it.
Timetable:

Monday
Between 8:00 and 8:10 a.m., the teacher leads the class in a warm-up as the pupils enter the room. They clear their minds and shrug off their anxieties.
8:10–8:20 a.m.: Enhance—the children show their creativity.
8:20–8:50 a.m.: Lead the class in a dance.
8:50–9:00 a.m.: Take it easy.
Minute by minute:

8:00–8:05: Go into the room.

Stretching from 8:05 to 8:10

8:10–8:12: enter the circle to get better.

8:12–8:20: get better

8:20–8:25: Form lines to instruct dance

8:25–8:50: dance instruction

8:50–9:00: Meditation

Advantageous Repercussions:

Free and regular: I'll always give you a high five, a fist bump, or a smile.  When appropriate, my entire class or specific students will be acknowledged vocally.
Intermittent: If a particularly difficult lesson goes well, saving time for a dance-related activity, such as frozen dance.
Long-term and robust: I will give a student of the month a prize for their diligence and good behavior.  They will be acknowledged in front of the class.

Changing Behaviors: A plan for behavior crises

Notify a studio teacher that I will be sending my kids there and ask them to arrange a game that will bring the classes together.
I told the teacher to send the remaining students to another room.
Assist the struggling kids in regaining self-control if at all feasible.
After the problem has been resolved, bring the remaining kids back to class.
Give home a call. Send the student home, if at all possible, with a letter alerting the parent or guardian to the excessive behavior.  Speaking face-to-face with the parent or guardian who is picking up the student would be excellent.
Arrange a meeting with the student's parent or guardian to discuss a behavior contract that the student must sign and abide by if the infraction is committed again.  Be sure to discuss the repercussions of breaking the contract.
